I took some pictures of the garden flowers last night and this morning. A few minutes ago I got some shots of the gloomy clouds and first drops of rain, now it is pouring. Paulina was/is finally healthy enough to go to work and even took the tarps off the pool–oh well this is how it goes sometimes. It will be a sad-looking paycheck this month. Oh wow, by the time I got all of the pictures uploaded, an hour later because the internet doesn’t reach the porch with enough strength to run the iPad, the sun is shining.

You are lucky to have gotten some rain showers. We need a few more here, or who knows what will happen to the garden? How nice you have clematis.

Wish I could send you a bit of rain. As for the clematis, joke is that for the first few years I had it, I cut it back every fall then could not understand why it did not bloom. Live and learn.

Around here, we either have rain for days on end or none at all. Because usually in the summertime, when it quits, it quits!!!

Silly question but what day do your monsoons begin? Ours officially started yesterday although we haven’t had a drip of moisture. I just don’t know if it’s the same everywhere?

We’ll in truth we do not really have monsoons, but it has been so wet lately that is why I used the title.
