Strawberry cake mix with a little bit of a healthy twist. I put about 1/4 cup of applesauce in the measuring cup before topping off the 1/3 cup with canola oil. After they were baked and cooled I topped them with whipped cream and a couple of raspberries. Great for a Valentine’s day treat. Ha!
