Thankful 27: Thanksgiving in Dickinson

Early this morning while taking a walk, James decided that we needed to go to Dickinson no matter what the weather was doing. The roads were fine except US 83 north from Herreid to Interstate 94. The Interstate was pretty good. We stopped at Sterling for bathroom break and some food. The joke is that we had truck stop food for Thanksgiving dinner. Here are pictures.

My lunch cheese balls, shrimp and water.

Paulina had waffle fries and wings with a drink. James had a tea and some chocolate cookies. Good thing Victoria and Nate are cooking.

Jaxon was pretty surprised when we pulled up as we were talking to him on the phone. You can tell who rates by the two pictures instead of one. Ha! Hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Love the pictures! Good for you being with the grand kids on Thanksgiving! So thankful that you all made it safely! Our Thanksgiving was very nice! Oh the blessings we all have to be thankful for. I lied! It was 85 here today and not 81! Talk about heavenly! Stay warm!
