I wanted to leave you a little bit of how the garden is shaping up. I took these pictures on Tuesday night when we came home. Everything is up and going, though I only have a few shots for now. I thought that I took more pictures today, but apparently I had the memory card in the computer instead of in the camera. I have given up on the iPad for posting for the time being. I can’t believe how fast I can type on the keyboard now. It seems that a few days away from it, and wow. Anyway, we will have to get into the garden and start doing some hoeing, but we are still a bit afraid of taking out the actual plants. Also it has been too wet to do anything. Yesterday it dried fairly well, but today looks like we are going to have some sort of storm soon. In fact there are predictions of hail or tornado. Just what we need. I suppose some will blame that bad weather on the President’s trip to the Standing Rock Reservation just across the Missouri River from us. Last night there was a big power outage and someone had the never to blame it on the President’s visit to the area. Really?? Don’t anyone even go there, just read it and keep quiet. So, here are the pictures.

What an amazing garden space you have. And all that uninterrupted light! Wonderful. 🙂

Thanks, the space is land shared with my sisters, but they allow me to use it. I try to share produce with them.

We hope to, but it is land shared with my sisters, so the harvest is shared with them too a bit, and our children. It is work, but also relaxing. Thanks for stopping by, Christine.
