Weekly photo challenge: From lines to patterns.

I don’t often participate in these challenges, but I took a couple of pictures recently that I wasn’t sure how to use and after checking out a challenge or two, I realized where to put my pictures. Now to find the lines one. Hmm, let me see if I am in a gardening sort of theme, which the patterns pictures are, I will have to get a couple of lines pictures from the garden. Don’t go any place, I will be right back.

I am back with some lines:

Fence posts and wire are the lines that surround my garden.

Corn stalks straight and tall, well not in the wind, are the lines inside my garden.

Lines of wheel tracks in the grass, oh who was driving here?

Siding boards badly in need of paint are lines, but the lovely flower on the sunflower is a pattern to be sure.

Cantaloupe skin looks like a crocheted blanket surrounding its fruit.

Purple cabbage cut across. I never realized it was arranged just so.

Tiny marigold opens briefly before frost. Such velvety leaves.
