Wondering about the weather, again!

This morning I woke early and by the time I got to the kitchen James was gone, and I realize he had not taken the time to wake Paulina. It was 7:30 which is normally when we call her. Oops, I remembered she didn’t have first hour today, so I grabbed a cold cup of coffee, stuck it in the microwave, added some toast to a plate and headed back to bed. She was up about 8:30, so I went to the kitchen to plan for the day. By the time she was gone and I had coffee made, the sky was full of snow and well, here is what it looked like.

Feb. 13, 2013.

I just went onto a North Dakota weather site to check out what is happening. It stopped snowing here by noon, but there is still a chance of snow in other parts of the state. I have been trying to add a picture of the conditions, but nothing seems to come off the computer for me.

I am sitting in James’ room and he is all over the place, so I guess I had best quit because I just ticked him off royally because I asked him to stop moving, it makes me nervous. Anyway, I have a couple of other photos to leave you with. I found the cats to be tired during the snow this morning. Sort of trying to hunker down. I couldn’t even find Tigee, she was so well hidden.

Roger was sleeping on Paulina's bed until I turned on the light to take her picture.

Sophia was up on the chair and didn't want to look up.

Finally, I will leave you with a couple of shots of my plants. One looks great and the other seems to be dying….yikes.

Your cats weren’t the only ones tired today. I felt like I could sleep standing up and substituting in music class definitely would not allow for that . I think I have SAD!!

Well now I know why I didn’t call you all day. I kept wanting to then got side tracked. Get some rest so that you are ready to party on Saturday when we all come to Herreid.
